The Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Koshulynskyi participates in the international conference “Europe of the Carpathians” held in Poland on February 22-24.

The program of the conference, involving parliament members of Ukraine, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, stipulates discussion of different issues, in particular that of parliamentary cooperation between the Carpathian countries and discussion of the preliminary provisions of the Carpathian Strategy.
